高职院校“专-创-劳”育人共同体构建逻辑与实践路径

摘要:

新时代高职院校劳动教育面临劳动教育认知偏差普遍存在、课程设计内容狭隘、实践活动安排缺乏科学性和系统性、师资力量短缺等现实瓶颈,制约了劳动教育综合育人效果的发挥。从理论上看,劳动教育与专业教育、创新创业教育存在紧密的内在逻辑,三者在教育目标上互促、教育内容上关联、教育方法上共通、教育师资上互借,呈现相辅相成、同构共生的特点,为“专-创-劳”育人共同体建设奠定了理论基础。鉴于此,文章从“进阶式”教育目标设计、“模块化”课程体系设置、“系统化”实践体验训练、“一体化”师资队伍建设四个方面,探究高职院校“专-创-劳”育人共同体建设的实施路径。

Abstract:

In the new era, labor education in higher vocational colleges is faced with practical bottlenecks, such as the widespread cognitive bias of labour education, the narrow content of curriculum design, the lack of scientific and systematic arrangement of practical activities, and the shortage of teachers, which restricts the comprehensive educational effect of labour education.From a theoretical point of view, there is a close internal logic between labor education, professional education, and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the three promoting each other in terms of educational goals, related educational contents, common educational methods, and mutual borrowing of educational teachers, showing the characteristics of complementary and isomorphism, which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of a “specialization-innovation-labor”(SIL) education community.In view of this, this paper explores the implementation pathways for building the SIL education community in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: advanced educational goal design, modular curriculum system construction, systematic practical experience training, and integrated teaching staff development.
