为探究体育锻炼对高校教师职业倦怠的作用机制,同时检验主动型人格与心理资本在两者之间的链式中介作用,本研究通过采用问卷调查法、数理统计法对533名高校专任教师的调查结果进行分析,得出体育锻炼与职业倦怠显著负相关,与主动型人格、心理资本两两变量间显著正相关;体育锻炼、主动型人格和心理资本对职业倦怠显著负相关;主动型人格和心理资本在体育锻炼和职业倦怠之间起单独中介作用,即体育锻炼可以通过主动型人格和心理资本的单独中介或链式中介作用间接影响高校教师职业倦怠。研究在理论层面丰富了影响教师职业倦怠的内在作用机制,在实践层面为缓解高校教师职业倦怠提供参考。
Abstract:It is to study the mechanism through which physical exercise affects job burnout among university teachers, while examining the chain mediation role of proactive personality and psychological capital between these two variables.By employing questionnaire surveys and mathematical statistical methods, data from 533 full-time university teachers were collected and analyzed.The results revealed that: Physical exercise showed a significant negative correlation with job burnout, while demonstrating significant positive correlations with both proactive personality and psychological capital.Physical exercise, proactive personality, and psychological capital were all significantly negatively correlated with job burnout; Proactive personality and psychological capital served as independent mediation roles between physical exercise and job burnout; Specifically, physical exercise could indirectly influence university teachers' job burnout through either the independent mediation of proactive personality and psychological capital or their chain mediation effect.Theoretically, this research enriches the understanding of the intrinsic mechanisms influencing teachers' job burnout.Practically, it provides actionable references for alleviating job burnout among university faculty.
